Job description
As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering reliable analyses and high-quality research every day. You will carry out laboratory tests according to established procedures and contribute to the correct interpretation and reporting of results. With your precision and attention to detail, you play an essential role in maintaining and improving our quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform analyses in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Accurately record and report results.
- Prepare samples and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments.
- Administrative support based on the manager’s requests.
You will work closely with your colleagues in the lab and report to the Department Manager and Site Manager.
Profile
- A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biotechnology, chemistry, biomedical laboratory technology, or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following active laboratory areas: Parasitology, Serology, Bacteriology, or Virology.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a global company and collaborate with colleagues from different countries and departments.
- Willing and able to perform hands-on laboratory and processing activities, including handling laboratory materials and equipment, as well as occasional lifting as required by the role.
