Acting as a bridge between our IT and QESH teams in Belgium, Poulpharm is looking for a Validation Engineer.

Job description
As a Validation Engineer, you will ensure that our computerised systems comply with the applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
- Overseeing the entire validation lifecycle of computerised systems, from implementation to decommissioning.
- Drawing up, implementing and maintaining validation documentation, such as validation plans, user requirements, risk analyses and test protocols.
- Monitoring the validated status of systems by correctly tracking changes, periodic reviews and corrective actions within MasterControl.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable quality guidelines, regulations and data integrity principles.
- Collaborating with IT, QESH, the various laboratories and external suppliers on the implementation, modification and validation of systems.
- Supporting internal and external audits and assisting with the follow up of audit findings.
- Drawing up user procedures and providing training to ensure systems are used correctly and in accordance with requirements.
To this end, you will work closely with colleagues from the QESH-team, IT, the various laboratories and external partners.
Profile
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a scientific, (bio)technical or IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
- You have 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in computer system validation within a GxP environment.
- You are familiar with relevant quality guidelines and regulations, such as GAMP 5, ISO
standards, data integrity and the applicable regulations for validated systems. - You work accurately and in a structured manner.
- You are able to work independently and take responsibility for your projects.
- You enjoy collaborating with different teams.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- Experience with MasterControl and/or Testo is an advantage
